We made a dream come true in southern Italy and individually and lovingly furnished a house in a wonderful location by the sea.
On the one hand, it is the last house in the town of Santa Domenica, quiet and secluded, but on the other hand, it is only a three to five minute walk to the town center with all the shops, bars and restaurants.
You can also walk directly down to the sea via a brick staircase (about 8 minutes down). Otherwise you can drive directly down to the popular beaches of Formicoli and Riaci in the immediate vicinity (2 km)!
Unwind with a glass of wine, whether on the roof terrace with a direct view of Stromboli or in the garden, and enjoy the incomparable sunsets.

Families with small children and dog owners will appreciate that the entire property is fully fenced! And important: dogs are allowed on our beach section (8 minutes...)!

Water is generally a scarce commodity in southern Italy. That's why 2 cylinders in the garden store the water from the community, which sometimes only arrives at night, for use during the day. With the help of a pump, the amount of water in the two barrels is then available to us.
This means: Please use water sparingly. And the pump must always be on (see guest folder!).
Our house is the last in Santa Domenica facing the sea

After about 200m you are in the town center, where people meet in the evenings
